I was impressed from the time we listed the home. They staged the house. The second day of listing they had an open house. Which brought in two offers and the next day another full price offer which we took. They were professional. Setting up professional pictures, flyers, etc. They were in touch and updating me throughout the entire process. When I called they called back in record time. I sometimes texted and they texted right back. I was impressed from the beginning of the process to the closing. I relied on their expertise and experience which was concise and informative. I recommend them to anyone who needs excellent realtors and don't want to be disappointed by a so-so realtor. Best experience I ever had selling a house.

My husband and I just purchased our 3rd house and the Websters are by far the best realtors we’ve ever worked with. Bill is extremely organized, thorough, and supportive. He kept the entire deal on track from start to finish, which was under strict time constraints for a 30-day close. He provided us with the name of an amazing lender, scheduled our home inspection, and kept up on all required repairs prior to purchase. Jay is helpful, creative, and insightful. He constantly gave us great ideas, and was quick to point out many potential issues or advantages with homes that we never would have thought about. He was flexible and more than willing to show us any home we were interested in. The Websters never made us feel rushed when looking at homes, and they encouraged us to discuss our likes and dislikes at depth.
