This year we are creating a small garden in the backyard. Based on memories of my grandparent’s garden...like planting marigolds to help repeal certain insects (truthfully not sure what specific insects) and putting coffee grounds on top of soil to repeal some animals (assuming rabbits maybe)...and some pots on the deck with cherry tomatoes and basil. All from seeds. Learning the meaning of the phrase: The day you plant a seed is not the day you eat the fruit. Look...we already have sprouts! This is fun.

Now I am learning about another phrase: A watched pot never boils! Excited to all my baby seeds grow up big and tall. Bill is calling me Farmer Jay. As realtors there is another phrase we believe in: Buying a home is still the best investment any individual can make. So, when you need to buy or sell a home please give us a call. We are local experts in our area including New Castle and northern Kent counties, DE; southern Chester county, PA and eastern Cecil county, MD.
